Benjamin Pappas is the Chief Executive Officer of Bates Group, where he leads the execution of the firm's growth strategy. Prior to being appointed the firm's CEO, Mr. Pappas served as Bates Group's President from 2019-2023 and Chief Operating Officer from 2016-2019. Prior to joining Bates Group, Mr. Pappas was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of D.A. Davidson Companies’ Equity Capital Markets business, where he was responsible for the implementation of strategic growth initiatives and financial management. Mr. Pappas has also previously worked as an institutional equity research analyst and strategic planning analyst focused on the technology industry.
