Ronald is a Bates Testifying Expert who has provided accounting, consulting, and financial advisory services to more than one thousand domestic and overseas clients of all sizes in a wide range of industries. His principal fields of expertise include business valuations (he has valued more than 5,000 businesses and assets), mergers & acquisitions, bankruptcy & insolvency, due diligence, forensic accounting, investments, and measuring financial damages. He commonly applies his fields of expertise as an expert witness. He has testified as an expert witness on more than 175 occasions in courts and arbitrations throughout the United States on behalf of plaintiffs, defendants, and as a court-appointed neutral.
He is an award-winning scholar, author, lecturer, and financial professional. He has given lectures and seminars in more than 60 cities throughout the U.S., and more than 20 countries located on five continents outside the U.S. Ronald has led more than 400 CFA review programs generally ranging between 40 and 60 hours each.
