Susan Harper to Speak at PLI’s 2018 Securities Arbitration Program on Use of Experts

Harper will be speaking on the Practicing Law Institute’s Securities Arbitration 2018 panel, “A Practicum on the Use of Experts,” in New York City, September 26, 2018. The panel will cover the following topics: when to retain an Expert; when to have an Expert create a report or testify; and the do's and don’ts of cross-examining an Expert.
