Claire Anderson is the Practice Support Manager at Bates Group LLC in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Using her project and people management experiences, she coordinates and manages the Practice Support and Expert Group Coordination Department. She serves as the point of contact for over 250 Affiliate Experts and Consultants. As the Practice Support Manager, she oversees the engagements of Bates Group’s Affiliates, assisting the practice leaders in identifying and assigning qualified candidates for clients’ cases and projects.

Prior to joining Bates Group, Ms. Anderson was the Executive Team Leader of Logistics and Assets Protection for Target Corporation in Portland, Oregon. At Target, she provided leadership to a team of more than 60 employees, was responsible for the store’s replenishment process, and provided leadership in all aspects of assets protection and loss prevention.

Ms. Anderson is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine with dual degrees in Criminology and Psychology and Social Behavior, and she has a Master of Science from Portland State University.
